One way for a deeper experience of the tangible love of Jesus is through the practice of spiritual direction, in both the individual and group form. Spiritual direction is for anyone who wants to cultivate a deeper practice of noticing and nurturing the transformative presence of God at work through prayerful listening and thoughtful questions.

What is Spiritual Direction?

In a 1:1 spiritual direction session, a spiritual director listens and asks thoughtful questions for deep reflection, creating space for an awareness of God's presence in your everyday life. The spiritual director guides you to hear and be led by the Spirit as you seek revelation on the beauty of how God sees both you and your surroundings.

What is GROUP Spiritual Direction?

A spiritual direction group session consists of 4-5 members who meet twice a month for 9 months to practice intentionally listening for the presence and movement of God in each other’s lives. During these gatherings, group members rotate sharing their experiences while the others listen and prayerfully ask questions. While the sharer receives guidance from God, the listeners experience God’s presence through the shared story and from God Himself. It is a beautiful journey that creates fellowship among group members and deepens each member’s relationship with God through listening to God on behalf of others.
