Hope JC’s 12-week mentorship program where we connect local college students/recent graduates with experienced industry professionals. We hope this program will help to close the gap around access to higher paying jobs through getting industry and job-readiness experience, as well as training around leadership and how to look at a career in a holistic way.

Mentors meet with their mentee to work on a real work project that the mentee can add to their resume. Additionally, the mentors and mentees meet to talk about leadership, including some workshops and events to help with job and career prep.

We are excited to kick off our second season of the program in winter 2024! We are looking for six more mentor volunteers across a variety of industries.
