Texas native turned North Easterner, Laura has lived in Jersey City for the past six years with her husband, son, and their sweet pitbull, Miss Dolly Pawton. Her journey north also included stops in Ithaca and Philadelphia—both awesome places she loved calling home before settling in New Jersey! Laura and David first found their community here through the Hospitality team and have loved staying plugged in ever since. Over the years, Laura has enjoyed playing cello on the Worship team, co-leading a HopeGroup, and is genuinely thrilled to support the Hope Families ministry! With a professional background blending Public Health communications, animal science, and natural resources, Laura is happiest spending her weekends enjoying quality time outdoors with her family.
