She is the Founder and CEO of the Anti-Violence Coalition of Hudson County A NJ Non-Profit and the Co-Founder and Board Chair of the Jersey City Anti-Violence Coalition Movement which addresses the needs of public safety through programs and initiatives that focus on violence prevention, intervention, treatment, and healing. Pam received her master’s degree in public administration from Saint Peter’s University where she also received her bachelor’s degree in social sciences graduating Cum Laude. Her parents raised her to know the struggles of others. Pam has spent most of her career deeply committed to improving the lives of others and serving our most vulnerable communities. She believes strongly in investing in people and leading a progressive movement that focuses on impacting change and creating healthier communities. As a survivor of gun violence, it was important for her to create a system of care that would advocate for people exposed to violence, receive treatment and begin the healing journey necessary to live a healthy life and along with some dedicated people they created a wrap-around system of protection that functions as a safeguard to prevent further harm and trauma to anyone in need of their help and support. “It's about standing together to do better for the entire community.” This is a motto for every facet of her life. She believes in it and lives by it.
